RETURN
At Munaasiib, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Munaasiib website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Munaasiib, we have a 15-day refund policy, which gives you the option to return items purchased from shopmunaasiib.com for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Exchange Policy
We do not have any exchange policy.
Guidelines for a Valid Return
- All product tags intact and in their original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or the wrong product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: In case the order has been processed through different warehouses and if a return is required to be raised, it should be returned with respect to the same package.
To Return a Product to Munaasiib, Please Follow These Steps:
- Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section of the website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us based on the return mode.
- We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing the order.

- To raise a return request, please drop us an email at care@munaasiib.com and we will process your request. Kindly share the Order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
Failure of Product Pick-Up
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care number: 98999 90772.
Note:
- We will not be responsible if the wrong product is handed over by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.
- The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side, and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max – Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
- Munaasiib Art – Return policy is 2 days from the date of delivery.
